By uploading and redistributing software of Staylazy you are agreeing to make sure that your mirrors are up-to-date versions, and that you will not provide users with older, modified versions. Anything other then the CURRENT VERSION listed on the webpage, may not be shared. You may distribute help files found on our web server to other users and locations, as long as all copyright notices are left intact in the file and correct credit is given to the author. Use of Forums By registering for the Staylazy Discussion forums you are agreeing to follow rules listed on the forums and in these Terms of Service. Site, Software Security When submitting a contact form, we collect personal information that is provided by the user him/her self. Your email address and full name will never be shared with anyone but the person(s) responding to your contact submission, or the person reading it. Staylazy will NEVER sell your personal information to any third party company and will never send you unsolicited emails unless requested by the user. If necessary, once a case is closed it will be logged into our files with removal of your email address and full name, and be listed simply as a CASE or ISSUE to help provide future support to our users. Most of or all of the software released by Staylazy will require a FREE user registration, used simply to identify the amount of users who have uniquely downloaded our software. Your use of our software will never be monitored or disturbed, unless we have serious reason to stop use of that specific software, in which case all users software will become unusable. Use of Cookies Staylazy creates cookies on your system when necessary to make your experience when using our website and software as pleasant as possible. They are used to store settings.
